Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to your use of thewebarchitecture.com, operated by The Web Architecture (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. Each of our products has its own terms, published on its own website, and those terms apply when you use the product.

The content of this site

The articles, guides and other content on this site are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, as described in our editorial policy, but platforms, prices and rules change, and we cannot promise that every detail is correct at the moment you read it. Check anything important against the original source before you rely on it, and take professional advice where your situation calls for it.

Use of the content

You may read, share links to and quote short passages from our content with attribution and a link to the original page. You may not republish our articles in full, sell them or present them as your own without our written permission.

The names The Web Architecture, NoTiesBuilder, FreeYourWeb, WebsiteSecondLife, SiteRenewer, WebShapeUp, AEOPartner and FreshnessPilot, and the names of our themes and plugins, identify our products. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

Our themes and plugins are released under the GNU General Public License where stated in each one, and that license governs their use.

Waiting lists

Joining a waiting list does not reserve a price, a place or a launch date. It means we will write to you when the product opens.

We link to other websites, including the platforms we write about. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
