FreshnessPilot

Keep every page current, a little at a time.

Pages go stale quietly: a figure changes, a step no longer works, a question appears that the page does not answer. FreshnessPilot watches your existing pages and keeps them accurate with small, gradual updates, instead of an occasional rewrite that changes everything at once.

01

It monitors, then acts.

FreshnessPilot is not an audit that hands you a list and leaves. It keeps watching, and when a page needs work it does the work: updating a figure, adding a missing answer, fixing a step that changed, tightening a section that has grown thin.

02

Small changes, steadily.

Many light, real improvements over time read better to visitors and to search engines than one aggressive rewrite. The pace adapts to the subject: some topics change weekly, others barely change in a year.

03

Nothing is deleted.

FreshnessPilot never deletes a page and never recommends deleting one. It improves what you have. Each change is either made automatically or held for your approval, whichever you choose.

Two ways to use it

A site you are not actively running. Some sites deserve to keep growing even when nobody has time for them. FreshnessPilot keeps their pages accurate and improving, so they keep earning attention instead of slowly fading.

A safety net for a site you do run. If you publish regularly, FreshnessPilot stays in the background and steps in only when the site has gone quiet for longer than you decide. When you publish again, it steps back.

In both cases the owner decides. FreshnessPilot can propose; you set what it may do on its own and what waits for you.

Freshness without tricks

Google’s guidance on helpful content asks site owners a pointed question: are you changing the date of pages to make them seem fresh when the content has not substantially changed? FreshnessPilot only touches a page to improve it, and the date it shows is the date of a real update. Google also describes “query deserves freshness” systems that favor newer content for searches where it would be expected, which is why keeping the right pages current is worth doing at all.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from AEOPartner?

AEOPartner creates new articles. FreshnessPilot improves the pages you already have. A new URL is AEOPartner’s job; an existing URL is FreshnessPilot’s.

Does it rewrite my articles?

It updates them, section by section, and keeps your voice and your structure. The aim is a page that is more accurate and more complete, not a different page.

Can I review every change?

Yes. You can hold every change for approval, let some kinds of change go ahead automatically, or let it run on its own. You can change that setting whenever you like.

Does it need WordPress?

Yes. It works on WordPress sites, which is where it can make changes safely and you can see each one in the page history.
